Privacy Policy
This agreement describes the terms that will govern your use of any Websites owned by Smart Workplace Inc., and all content licensed for use by the granting of electronic site licenses of Smart Workplace Inc., products. Your use of any of the Websites or electronic product content constitutes your acceptance of these terms. These terms may be amended from time to time at Smart Workplace Inc.’s sole discretion. The amended terms will be posted here, and will be in effect when posted. Site License Agreement Termination
The cancellation of any electronic site license will terminate the rights of the subscriber to use the Smart Workplace Inc., information referred to in the site license. After termination, the site license is cancelled and the rights to use the content are terminated immediately. If information is stored on Company Servers (intranet) or any company computers, that information must be removed from the computers and no longer be available for distribution or use by company employees. You may not use any of the Smart Workplace Inc., product content to produce your own publications. Copyright laws prohibit this. You also acknowledge that, unauthorized use of any Smart Workplace Inc., product content or Website content will cause harm to Smart Workplace Inc.
